Hotel Terms & Conditons
- All reservations are subject to availability. We recommend booking in advance to secure your desired dates.
- Rates are quoted in local currency and are exclusive of taxes, unless otherwise stated.
- In certain cases, a deposit may be required upon reservation. This deposit is non-refundable and will be deducted from the total bill upon check-out.
- In the event of a no-show (failure to arrive without prior cancellation), the full amount of the reservation will be charged. Non-refundable reservations are automatically considered as no-shows.
- If you decide to check out earlier than the agreed departure date, the hotel reserves the right to charge an early departure fee equivalent to one night's stay.
- To confirm your reservation, a valid credit card or advance payment is required.
- Payments can be made via cash, credit card, or bank transfer.
- Unmarried Couples are not allowed
- Hotel has rights to reject if any ID Mismatch or found Guest Misconduct
- Check in Time Starts at 10:00AM in the morning and the checkout time will be calculated 24 Hours from the time of checkin.Early check-in and late check-out can be requested, subject to availability and additional charges.
- Guests must present a valid ID and/or passport upon check-in.
- Minors (18 years old and below) must be accompanied by an adult during their stay.
- The hotel provides complimentary luggage storage facilities for guests who wish to store their luggage before check-in or after check-out. However, the hotel takes no responsibility for any loss or damage to stored items.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in all guest rooms and public areas.
- Unmarried Couples are not permitted as per hotel policy.

- Visitors are allowed in the lobby and public areas only. No overnight visitors allowed in guest rooms without prior approval from the hotel management.

- Guests are expected to respect the peace and quiet of other guests. Excessive noise or disturbances that disrupt the comfort of other guests may result in a warning or, in severe cases, eviction from the premises without refund.
- The hotel is not responsible for any lost or misplaced personal belongings during your stay. However, if any items are found, they will be kept for a limited period of time. Guests can inquire at the front desk regarding lost and found items.
- In accordance with fire safety regulations, guests are prohibited from using open flames, candles, or any other flammable items within the hotel premises. Guests should familiarize themselves with the fire evacuation procedures displayed in their rooms.
- Outside food and beverages are not allowed in the hotel's public areas or guest rooms. The hotel offers a range of dining options to cater to guests' needs.
- We strive to provide a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all our guests. As part of our policy, we kindly inform you that unmarried couples are strictly not allowed to check-in at our hotel.
